Wesley Blaquiere
Founder and recruitment specialist
With a background in human resources management that stretches back to 2006, Wes brings a wealth of industry knowledge and contacts to Structured Recruitment. The business has demonstrated the capability to deliver professionals in permanent and contract positions across the engineering, construction and oil and gas industries in Australia, Singapore and Malaysia, where he spent time throughout his career.
Having the advantage of working in EPC in both recruitment and client-side roles, Wes has an appreciation of both perspectives, and has a knack for nurturing working relationships that reach beyond the current project – believing that repeat business is the greatest indicator of success.
Wes launched Structured Recruitment in 2021, putting two decades of contacts and networks to use for his venture. He’s dedicated to doing business cleanly, thoroughly and courteously – and driven to delivering results.
Wes holds a degree in human resources management from Swinburne University of Technology, in Melbourne.
